Refund policy
Returns for In-Store Purchases:
To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and unworn, in the same condition that you received it. For clothing, the item must be in the original condition, tags attached, unworn and returned within three (3) calendar days for refund of money back on original purchase type. You may return the clothing item for store credit within 14 days of purchase. For shoes, jewelry, handbags and gift purchases the items must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of original purchase date. Items must be in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged. You may return these items within 14 days of purchase for store credit. For sock purchases, the return policy is store credit only. Items that are final sale are: All sale items, face masks, underwear, Nubra and shapewear such as Spanx.
We require proof of purchase on all returns. If you item was a gift, you will receive store credit or the purchase will be returned to the original purchasers form of payment. All returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns for Online Purchases:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of original purchase date to allow for mailing time. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate goods such as underwear, Nu Bras, shapewear, or face masks. We also do not accept products that are worn or any item listed as non-returnable at time of purchase -- even if they would otherwise meet the requirements for a return listed above. All sale items are final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt (or proof of purchase) showing the requestee as purchaser or gift recipient.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Do not send us any items without prior authorization to do so. Returns may not be processed without authorization. Items mailed without authorization may be considered abandoned goods.
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and what the next steps for your return are.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account for pending transactions.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that the above section only applies to a refund to your Credit/Debit card.
Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tootsiesrockridge@gmail.com
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and accepted, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item does not meet our requirements for a refund or exchange, we will mail your item back to you at the then current postage rate. This will be billed to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
